Series 65 Requirements

Time Limit:
3 hours

Number of Questions:
130 questions. Each candidate will be given 10 practice questions that doesn't’t count towards their score.

Passing Score:
68.5% At least 89 of the questions must be answered correctly for an individual to pass the Series 65 exam.

Multiple Choice

There are no prerequisites for registration. If registering as an individual, you must complete Form U-10.
